Bio

Dara Lahav is a civil litigation and community association attorney.  After graduating from Stetson Law, Dara began her practice in Tampa, Florida concentrating in insurance law. She moved to Orlando in 2010. Prior to joining us as an attorney at Garfinkel Law, Dara was a litigation and community association attorney for Katzman Garfinkel.

“Over the years, I’ve enjoyed representing community associations, specifically protecting associations when liability claims are made against my client associations,” Dara stated.

In addition to practicing law, she is also the Attorney Representative for our Advocacy Not-For-Profit Organization, Community Association Network, Inc.

Dara lives in Orlando with her husband, her small children and their family dog.
